1In a large pitcher, combine the Chia seeds with 250g of the Water. Stir well and let them soak for at least 15 minutes, or up to 2 hours, until they form a gel-like consistency.
2While the Chia seeds are soaking, dissolve the Piloncillo in another 250g of warm Water. Stir until completely dissolved, then let it cool.
3Once the Piloncillo water has cooled, add it to the pitcher with the soaked Chia seeds.
