1Place Potatoes, Cauliflower, and Green Peas in a pressure cooker with enough water to cover. Add a pinch of Salt. Cook for 3-4 whistles until vegetables are very soft. Drain excess water and mash the cooked vegetables thoroughly with a potato masher.
2Heat Ghee and 20 grams of Butter in a large tawa or wide pan over medium heat. Add Asafoetida, then add finely chopped Onions and sauté until they turn translucent.
3Add Ginger-Garlic Paste and finely chopped Green Chilies. Sauté for 2 minutes until aromatic.
