1Thoroughly clean the Pork stomach by rinsing it under cold water. Scrape any impurities from the surface and rinse several times until the water runs clear.
2Place the cleaned Pork stomach in a large pot. Add 200g of White onion (for cooking), 30g of Garlic cloves, 2g of Bay leaves, 15g of Salt, and the juice from 250g of Orange.
3Cover the Pork stomach completely with water. Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 2 to 3 hours, or until the Pork stomach is very tender.
