2In a small saucepan, combine 200 grams of piloncillo with 200 grams of water. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring occasionally, until the piloncillo is completely dissolved, forming a syrup. Let the piloncillo syrup cool.
3Thoroughly wash 500 grams of limes. Cut the limes in half and extract all the juice, ensuring no seeds fall into the juice.
