Ferratelle

In a small saucepan, gently melt the Unsalted butter over low heat. Set aside to cool completely.

In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the Large eggs and Granulated sugar until light and fluffy.

Gradually add the cooled Unsalted butter, Lemon zest, and Vanilla extract to the egg mixture, mixing until well combined.
