1Heat 20 grams of Ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium heat.
2Add Cashew nuts and fry until light golden brown. Add Raisins and fry for a few seconds until they plump up. Remove the fried Cashew nuts and Raisins from the pan and set aside.
3Add the remaining 80 grams of Ghee to the same pan. Once melted, add Semolina.
