1Soak pork neck bones in cold water for at least 2 hours, changing the water several times, to remove blood and impurities.
2Drain the soaked pork neck bones. Place pork neck bones in a large pot, cover with fresh water, and bring to a rolling boil for 10-15 minutes. Skim off any foam that rises to the surface.
3Drain the pork neck bones and rinse each piece thoroughly under cold running water to remove any remaining impurities. Clean the pot as well.
