1. Thoroughly clean the Webfoot octopus by rubbing with coarse salt, rinsing under cold water, and removing any internal organs and eyes. Drain well.

2. In a large bowl, combine Gochujang, Gochugaru, Soy sauce, Minced garlic, Minced ginger, Sugar, Sesame oil, Black pepper, and Rice wine to create the marinade. Add the cleaned Webfoot octopus to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 20 minutes.

3. In a large pot, add the Pork belly. Cover with enough water to submerge the pork. Add Garlic cloves, Ginger slices, Green onion white parts, Doenjang, Soju, and Black peppercorns. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 40-50 minutes, or until the Pork belly is tender.
