1Prepare the vegetables: Finely dice the Onion. Remove the seeds from the Green bell peppers and dice them. Peel and dice the Tomatoes.
2Heat a medium-sized pan (traditionally a sahan) over medium heat. Add the Butter and Olive oil to the pan.
3Once the Butter has melted, add the diced Onion to the pan. Sauté until the Onion becomes translucent, about 3-5 minutes.
