2Heat 50 grams of mustard oil in a heavy-bottomed pan over medium-high heat. Lightly shallow-fry the marinated Rohu fish pieces until golden on both sides, about 2-3 minutes per side. Do not overcook. Remove the fried Rohu fish and set aside.
3In a grinder, combine black mustard seeds, yellow mustard seeds, garlic cloves, green chili, and 50 grams of water. Grind to a fine, smooth paste.
