1In a small bowl, dissolve the Fresh yeast in the Whole milk. Let stand for 5 minutes until foamy.
2In the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with the dough hook, combine the Strong bread flour, Granulated sugar, and Fine sea salt. Mix briefly to combine.
3Add the dissolved Fresh yeast mixture and the Large eggs to the dry ingredients. Mix on low speed until a shaggy dough forms, then increase speed to medium and knead for 10-12 minutes until the dough is smooth, elastic, and pulls away from the sides of the bowl.
