1Slice the Beef flank steak against the grain into thin, bite-sized pieces.
2In a bowl, combine the sliced Beef flank steak with 20g Shaoxing wine, 15g Light soy sauce, 5g Dark soy sauce, 10g Cornstarch, 2g White pepper, and 5g Sesame oil. Mix well and marinate for at least 15 minutes.
3Prepare the sauce by mixing 20g Light soy sauce, 5g Dark soy sauce, 20g Shaoxing wine, 10g Cornstarch, 5g Sugar, 10g Chinkiang vinegar, and 100g Chicken broth in a small bowl. Set aside.
