1In a small bowl, combine the Whole milk and Instant dry yeast. Stir gently and let it sit for 5-10 minutes until foamy, indicating the yeast is active.
2In a large mixing bowl, combine the Wheat flour, Granulated sugar, Ground mahleb, Ground mastic, and Fine sea salt. Mix well to distribute the dry ingredients evenly.
3Pour the activated yeast mixture, melted Unsalted butter, and 2 Large eggs into the dry ingredients. Mix with a spoon or spatula until a shaggy dough forms.
