2In a medium saucepan, combine the remaining 650 grams of water and the agar-agar powder. Whisk thoroughly to ensure the agar-agar powder is well dispersed.
3Bring the mixture to a boil over medium heat, stirring constantly, until the agar-agar powder is completely dissolved. This typically takes 2-3 minutes after boiling begins.
