1Wash the Guavas thoroughly, then cut them into quarters and remove any tough core or blemishes.
2Place the cut Guavas into a blender with 50 grams of Water and blend until a smooth puree is formed.
3Pass the Guava puree through a fine-mesh sieve or colander to remove all seeds and any remaining fibrous bits, pressing down to extract as much liquid as possible. Set aside the smooth Guava puree.
