Clean and devein the Prawns. Marinate the Prawns with 1g Turmeric powder, 2g Red chili powder, 2g Black pepper powder, and 2g Salt. Set aside for 15 minutes.

Thinly slice the Shallots and Coconut slices. Slit the Green chili lengthwise.
