1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the Barley flour, Wheat flour, Granulated sugar, Salt, and Instant dry yeast. Whisk them together until well combined.

2. Gradually add the Warm water to the dry ingredients, mixing with a spatula or your hands until a shaggy dough forms.

3. Add the Vegetable oil to the dough. Transfer the dough to a lightly floured surface and knead for 8-10 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic. It should pass the 'windowpane test'.
