1Clean the Crab thoroughly, remove gills and spongy parts, then cut into halves or quarters depending on size. Set aside.
3Add Mustard seeds and Urad dal to the hot Ghee. Once Mustard seeds splutter and Urad dal turns golden, add Fennel seeds, Cinnamon stick, Cardamom pods, Cloves, and Curry leaves. Sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
