Prepare the ingredients: Slice the Pork Belly into bite-sized pieces. Cut the Firm Tofu into 2cm cubes. Thinly slice the Yellow Onion. Mince the Garlic. Chop the Scallions into 3cm lengths, separating white and green parts.

In a medium pot, heat the Sesame Oil over medium heat. Add the Pork Belly and cook until lightly browned and some fat has rendered, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the sliced Yellow Onion and minced Garlic to the pot. Sauté until the Yellow Onion softens, about 3-4 minutes.
