Preheat oven to 100 degrees Celsius. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a clean, dry bowl, whip Egg whites until soft peaks form. Gradually add Granulated sugar for meringue, whipping until stiff, glossy peaks form.
Gently fold in Powdered sugar for meringue until just combined.
