1Thoroughly wash 2000g of Short-grain rice under running cold water until the water runs clear.
2Soak the washed Short-grain rice in 1500g of Water for a minimum of 6 hours.
3Drain the soaked Short-grain rice completely and steam it in a traditional steamer until it is fully cooked and slightly firm, known as 'go-du-bap'.
