1Place each slice of beef top round between two sheets of plastic wrap and pound with a meat mallet until about 3-4mm thick.
2In a shallow dish, combine kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Season both sides of the pounded beef top round slices thoroughly with this mixture.
3Set up three shallow dishes for breading. In the first dish, place the all-purpose flour. In the second dish, whisk the large eggs until well combined. In the third dish, place the plain breadcrumbs.
