1In a large bowl, mix the Masa de maíz nixtamalizada with the Agua and Sal fina until a smooth, pliable dough forms. Adjust Agua as needed to achieve the right consistency, not too sticky nor too dry.
2Heat a small amount of Asiento de cerdo in a pan over medium heat. Add the Frijoles negros cocidos and mash them with a potato masher or fork until mostly smooth. Cook, stirring occasionally, until the refried Frijoles negros cocidos are thick and heated through. Set aside.
3Heat a comal or a heavy-bottomed griddle over medium-high heat.
