1Peel the Korean radish and julienne it into thin strips, approximately 5 cm long.
2Place the julienned Korean radish in a large bowl, add the Salt, and mix well. Let it sit for 15-20 minutes to draw out excess water.
3After 15-20 minutes, firmly squeeze the Korean radish to remove as much water as possible. Discard the liquid.
