Hazırlanışı
1Wash and soak Toor dal, Chana dal, Moong dal, and Urad dal together in water for 30 minutes.
2Drain the soaked dals and transfer to a pressure cooker. Add 1000 grams of water, 5 grams of Turmeric powder, and 10 grams of Salt. Pressure cook for 4-5 whistles or until the dals are soft and well-cooked.
3Heat 50 grams of Ghee in a separate pan for the tadka. Add 5 grams of Cumin seeds and 1 gram of Asafoetida. Let them splutter.
