1Place the Kavun çekirdeği in a bowl and cover with 500g of Su. Let them soak for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to soften.
2Drain the soaked Kavun çekirdeği and transfer them to a sturdy blender or food processor. Add the remaining 500g of Su.
3Blend the mixture on high speed for 5-7 minutes until the Kavun çekirdeği are very finely ground and the liquid appears milky and frothy. Ensure no large pieces remain.
