1In a chilled bowl, combine the Mascarpone, Egg yolks, and Granulated sugar.
2Whisk vigorously until the mixture is smooth, creamy, and well combined. Be careful not to over-whisk, as Mascarpone can curdle.
3Cover the Mascarpone cream and refrigerate for at least 15 minutes to allow it to firm up slightly.
