Thinly slice the Beef sirloin into bite-sized pieces. In a bowl, combine the Beef sirloin with 10g Soy sauce, Minced garlic, Sesame oil, Black pepper, and Sugar. Mix well and let it marinate for at least 15 minutes.

Slice the Zucchini into 0.5 cm thick rounds. Sprinkle 5g of Salt over the Zucchini slices and let them sit for 10 minutes to draw out excess moisture. Gently squeeze out any liquid from the Zucchini slices and pat them dry with a paper towel.

Clean the Fresh shiitake mushrooms and remove the stems. Slice the mushroom caps into 0.5 cm thick pieces. Lightly season the Fresh shiitake mushrooms with 5g Soy sauce and 3g Sesame oil.
