In a large mixing bowl, combine the Wheat flour, Instant yeast, and Salt. Mix well.

Gradually add the Warm water and 10 grams of the Olive oil to the dry ingredients. Knead the dough for about 8-10 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.

Form the dough into a ball, lightly grease the bowl with a small amount of Olive oil, place the dough back in, cover with a clean cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for 60-90 minutes, or until doubled in size.
