1Thinly slice the Pork belly against the grain. Marinate the sliced Pork belly with 10g Light soy sauce, 5g Shaoxing wine, and 1g White pepper. Set aside for 10 minutes.
2Slice the Green chilies diagonally into 1-inch pieces. Mince the Garlic and Ginger. Slice the Scallions diagonally, separating white and green parts.
3Heat a wok over high heat until smoking. Add 15g Cooking oil.
