1In a heavy-bottomed pan, bring the Full-fat milk to a boil over medium heat.
2Reduce the heat to low and simmer the Full-fat milk, stirring frequently to prevent scorching, until it thickens and reduces to about half its original volume (approximately 500g). This process will take about 30-45 minutes.
3Remove the pan from the heat and add the Jaggery. Stir continuously until the Jaggery is completely dissolved into the reduced milk.
