1Rinse 300 grams of Mochigome thoroughly under cold running water until the water runs clear.
2Place the rinsed Mochigome in a bowl and add 350 grams of Water. Soak for at least 6 hours or overnight.
3Drain the soaked Mochigome well and transfer it to a steamer basket lined with a damp cloth.
