Thoroughly clean the Beef abomasum by rubbing it vigorously with Table salt and Wheat flour. Rinse under cold running water multiple times until the water runs clear and no impurities remain. Pat dry with paper towels.

Cut the cleaned Beef abomasum into bite-sized pieces, approximately 3-4 cm wide.

In a large bowl, combine Doenjang (for marinade), Gochujang (for marinade), Gochugaru (for marinade), Minced garlic (for marinade), Minced ginger (for marinade), Sesame oil (for marinade), Rice wine, Black pepper, and Sugar. Mix well to create the marinade.
