11. Wash Chana dal, Urad dal, and Rice thoroughly. Soak them together in sufficient Water for 4-6 hours.
22. Drain the soaked Chana dal, Urad dal, and Rice. Grind them into a smooth, thick batter using a minimal amount of fresh Water. Add Ginger and Green chili to the grinder while making the batter.
33. Transfer the batter to a large bowl, cover, and let it ferment in a warm place for 6-8 hours or overnight, until it doubles in volume and becomes slightly airy.
