Rinse the Short-grain rice thoroughly until the water runs clear. Combine the rinsed Short-grain rice and Beef broth in a rice cooker or heavy pot. Cook the rice as usual, ensuring it absorbs the Beef broth for a rich flavor. Once cooked, gently mix in 5g of Sesame oil.

Prepare the Ground beef: In a bowl, season the Ground beef with 15g Soy sauce, 10g Minced garlic, 10g Sesame oil, and Black pepper. Mix well.

Heat 10g Vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Stir-fry the seasoned Ground beef until fully cooked and browned. Set aside.
