1Rub the inside of a fondue pot with the garlic clove; discard garlic.
2Pour 294 g dry white wine into the pot and heat gently until steaming.
3Add 500 g grated Gruyère and 500 g grated Emmental gradually, stirring constantly until melted and smooth.
