1In a large bowl, combine Warm water (for dough), Fresh yeast, and Granulated sugar. Stir gently and let sit for 5-10 minutes until the yeast becomes foamy.
2Add Wheat flour, Salt, and Olive oil to the yeast mixture. Mix with a spoon or your hands until a shaggy dough forms.
3Turn the dough out onto a clean, lightly floured surface and knead for 10-15 minutes until it is smooth and elastic.
