1Boil Somen noodles according to package instructions until al dente. Drain well, rinse under cold water to remove excess starch, and toss lightly with a small amount of Sesame oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.
2Slice Pork belly into bite-sized pieces. Cut Nira into 4 cm lengths. Julienne Carrot and thinly slice Onion.
3In a small bowl, whisk Eggs with a pinch of Salt.
