1In a heavy-bottomed pan, bring Water, Salt, Red chili powder, Asafoetida, Cumin seeds, and Sesame seeds to a rolling boil. Add Ghee to the boiling mixture.
2Reduce the heat to low. Gradually add Rice flour to the pan, stirring continuously with a wooden spoon to prevent lumps. Mix until the Rice flour absorbs all the liquid and forms a soft dough that pulls away from the sides of the pan.
