1Pour 1500 grams of full-fat milk into a heavy-bottomed pan.
2Bring the full-fat milk to a boil over medium heat, then reduce heat to low and simmer.
3Continue to simmer the full-fat milk, stirring occasionally and scraping down the sides of the pan, until it reduces to about one-third of its original volume and thickens into rabri. This process will take approximately 60-90 minutes.
