1Rinse the Hulled split mung beans thoroughly and soak them in cold water for at least 4 hours or overnight.
2Rinse the Short-grain white rice thoroughly and soak it in cold water for at least 1 hour.
3Drain the soaked Hulled split mung beans and place them in a pot with 500g of fresh Water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20-25 minutes until the mung beans are very soft.
