1In a large mixing bowl, combine Besan, Water, Turmeric powder, Red chili powder, Cumin powder, Garam masala, Asafoetida, and Salt. Whisk thoroughly to form a smooth batter without any lumps. The consistency should be similar to pancake batter, pourable but not too thin.
2Finely chop the Onion, Green chili, and Fresh cilantro. Add these chopped ingredients along with Ginger-garlic paste to the Besan batter. Mix well to ensure all ingredients are evenly distributed.
