11. Prepare the Pakoras: Finely chop the Onion and 5g of Green chili. In a bowl, combine 100g of Gram flour, chopped Onion, chopped Green chili, 2g of Red chili powder, 2g of Turmeric powder, and 3g of Salt. Add 80g of Water gradually and mix to form a thick batter.
22. Heat 300g of Vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat. Once hot, drop small spoonfuls of the pakora batter into the hot oil. Deep-fry the pakoras until golden brown and cooked through, turning occasionally. Remove with a slotted spoon and set aside on absorbent paper.
33. Prepare the Kadhi base: In a large bowl, whisk together 500g of Plain yogurt and 50g of Gram flour until smooth and lump-free. Gradually add 1000g of Water, whisking continuously to form a thin, consistent mixture.
