1Soak the Almonds, Cashews, Poppy seeds, Melon seeds, Fennel seeds, Green cardamom, Black peppercorns, and Dried rose petals in 200 grams of warm water for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight.
2Drain the soaked ingredients thoroughly. Peel the skin off the soaked Almonds.
3Transfer the soaked and peeled Almonds, Cashews, Poppy seeds, Melon seeds, Fennel seeds, Green cardamom, Black peppercorns, and Dried rose petals to a grinding jar. Add a small amount of Milk (about 50 grams) and grind to a very smooth, fine paste. Ensure there are no coarse bits remaining.
