1In a medium saucepan, combine 50g of Grass Jelly Powder with 50g of Granulated Sugar. Gradually whisk in 500g of Water until no lumps remain.
2Heat the mixture over medium heat, stirring continuously until it comes to a boil and thickens. Continue to stir for 2 minutes.
3Pour the hot grass jelly mixture into a shallow dish or mold. Let it cool completely at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours until firm.
