1Wash the Short-grain white rice several times until the water runs clear. Drain the Short-grain white rice and let it soak in cold water for 30 minutes, then drain again.
2Gently rinse the Fresh oysters in lightly salted water to remove any shell fragments. Drain the Fresh oysters thoroughly.
3Peel and thinly slice the Korean radish. Peel and julienne the Ginger.
