1Pressure cook 150g toor dal with 500g water and 5g turmeric powder until soft, then mash well.
2Heat 30g ghee in a pressure cooker and sauté 150g onions, 30g ginger-garlic paste, and 15g chili until the oil separates.
3Add 500g mutton, 10g chili powder, 10g coriander powder, 5g cumin powder, and 10g salt, frying until the meat browns.
