1Wash the Chicken pieces thoroughly and pat dry. Marinate the Chicken with 2 grams of Turmeric powder, 5 grams of Red chili powder, 10 grams of Ginger-garlic paste, and 4 grams of Salt. Mix well and set aside for at least 30 minutes.
2Heat Ghee in a heavy-bottomed pan or pot over medium heat.
3Add Cumin seeds, Mustard seeds, Fenugreek seeds, Cinnamon stick, Cardamom pods, and Cloves to the hot Ghee. Allow them to splutter and become fragrant, which is the tadka.
