1Blanch the Spinach and Green peas in boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then immediately transfer them to ice-cold water to retain their vibrant color. Drain well and squeeze out all excess water from the Spinach.
2Boil the Potatoes until tender, then peel and mash them thoroughly, ensuring no lumps remain.
3Grate the Paneer finely and set aside.
