1Soak the sweet potato noodles in hot water for 30 minutes, or until pliable. Drain and set aside.
2Finely chop the garlic, ginger, and the white parts of the scallions. Slice the green parts of the scallions for garnish.
3Heat 10g of vegetable oil in a wok or pan over medium-high heat. Add the ground pork and stir-fry until browned and crumbly.
